Subject: Looking for musicians U.K
From: Steve Benbows protege

Guys, I know we are quite an eclectic bunch here!!

I am looking for an accordian player, double bass player and a clarinet player or violin player as I want to put together a giging band.

I am looking for people who are willing to play Klezmer/gypsy/ eastern european and Django as the main part of the music and doubling up as a folk band as a side line.

Any one intersted. I live not a million miles from the cabbage patch folk club (Twickenham) and I am willing to travel to rehrearse and then gig.

If you are interested please p.m me.

Thanks

Pete

I'm "willing to play Klezmer/gypsy/eastern european and Django". But it's a bit hard. Do you do any slow stuff in easy time signatures and keys? Oh, yes: you said "doubling up as a folk band".

If you need fiddle, accordian, bass and clarinet, what have you got to start with?

I play guitars, harmonica, the saw, and a mean scrub board, but I live in Washington State, U.S.A. If you find you have too mant offers to accommodate send them my way and we'll start another band over here and meet ya in the middle
