Well I did explain that it was a very loose gathering and folk had to make their own billeting arrangements. To be fair it can get a little rugged up there, but a little inconveniance - or lack of them - only adds to the ambiance of the weekend.

Sorry Muppett – can't make it. It clashes with Tenterden Festival, of which, for my sins, I am dance coordinator! Anyway, I think my Yorkshire visa has expired.
Sounds like a good do though. Have a great time! Perhaps we could both sing 'Settle & Carlisle' at an agreed time on Saturday. Who knows, the vibes created could make Britain a better place……….. mmm, well…

If by some stroke of fate there won't be enough bunkhouse beds, what's the facilities like for camping?

I ask because the Green Dragon site at Hardraw didn't have an easily accessible water supply, & only a few portloos.

Will the pub have o/s toilets & tap for campers?

I've got details of the house (availablilty not yet clear) it will sleep 12 but as the are 4 rooms suggest 8, if available cost would be £22 each ........... anyone interested. It's about a mile from the pub and together with 4 bedrooms has a sitting room and farmhouse kitchen
