Happy Birthday!

The 1st man in the moon,

Neil Armstrong,

was born 8/5/1930

          Now they give him to a man goin' up in a balloon,
          And they told him for to leave him with the man in the moon.
          The balloon got busted, back to Earth it head,
          And seven miles away they picked the man up, dead.

          Well, they took him to Cape Canaveral and the next morning soon,
          They said, "Please, Mr Armstrong, won't you leave him on the moon?"
          Well, they finally thought the cat was way out of human reach,
          But next day they got a call from Miami Beach.
  
                  "The Cat Came Back" per Cisco Houston (& me, a little).

You'll remember that on 7/20/1969, just before he re-entered the lander on that first trip, he made the, now famous, enigmatic remark "Good luck, Mr. Gorsky."
