Does anyone know if the BBC documentary Echoes of America, about banjo styles, is available anywhere on video or DVD ?

It is available on video from Grasshopper/Principal films, I bought it last year, price £17.00.
If you can't find it, post again and I will dig out the details.

It's a brilliant film, apart from all the good banjo stuff there is good footage of Bill Monroe, not to mention the late John Hartford singing, playing and dancing, all at once.
