As a conservative, I have to agree with you. I am for legalization of ALL drugs, IF a person commiting a crime is held responsible for their actions.

He was stopped for running a stop sign- as he should have been. But note this was in the same area he had been stopped for speeding, earlier: One would think he would be a little cautious in his driving habits.

Let him off with a hanging... Mind you, all flippancy aside, the grass should not be an issue in itself. I just don't want people driving cars anywhere near my kids when they are stoned. The grass is none of my business.
