i love this song..and i do it in A
and the best way to rem3ember it is
to follow the seasons!! I can just
imagine looking at a tree and seeing
it with buds, green leaves, red and
yellow leaves and bare branches in
winter....and it reminds me of the
windy road that leads to my house!

And Priscilla does a great job of singing it!

I like the seasons in the song, with different directions given for each and special things to look for.

I posted the lyrics to "Follow That Road" in this thread (click). At the time, I said I was having trouble getting the tune down.
I'm still having trouble getting the tune down, but it sure is a beautiful songs. I'm trying to work it up for a cappella singing, and I can't get it to work the way I'd like. Some songs just need an accompaniment. Maybe this is one of them.
Priscilla Herdman sings "Follow That Road" on her '94 release Forever and Always. It's also on Anne Hills albums called Angle of the Light and Under American Skies (with Tom Paxton). It's also the title song on the 2nd Annual Vineyard Retreat compilation.

Help, please. I'm trying to find an artist and title for a song which is essentially just directions to somebody's home and is keyed to the seasons. I've tried googling the phrase "if you come" or "if you're coming" or "if you're going" I remember the artist was female but obviously that doesn't narrow things. rcd
