We're planning on just going for one day and I can't find any info on the website as to who's playing when. Does anyone know which day/s Vin Garbutt, Spiers and Boden and Eliza Carthy are playing? (or where to find out) cheers F

Can't be in Otley this weekend because we are gigging in Wales & the North West, but thought I'd ask folks to look out for posters and flyers for the following event:

Amnesty International Fundraiser
Otley Courthouse Arts Centre
Featuring Julie Ellison, Dave Vermond and Nick Hall.

An event well worth supporting IMHO

An event well worth supporting JR, as it features three of the north's finest undersung musical talents.

But praps a bit naughty creeping it onto what seems to've been started really as an Otley Festival thread (the 29th Oct gig deserves one on its own, surely) - so instead let's go back to Who's playing where and when at Otley and give a plug for those fine Catters El Greko and HipFlaskAndy, who are both appearing several times during the Fest, see their own sites for times etc (someone'll show me how to do a blue clicky link someday!).

The colour coding on the website has at least one mistake - it shows me as "Sat-Sun", when I know I'm "Fri-Sat-Sun". I don't know the times of others, but here are mine:

Fri 16 20:15 - Civic Centre main hall
       22:45 - Kork's Wine Bar
Sat 17 15:10 - Methodist Hall
       20:50 - Rugby Club
Sun 18 13:50 - Civic Centre main hall

The programme for Otley never gets a full 'print' on the web or folk wouldn't need to fork out the £2 for the programme!
The fest, understandably, needs the revenue. So come on, hands into pockets good people.
Programmes could have been bought in advance by post by contacting the fest organisers via phone or email - all contact 'needs' on the fest website.
But as I'm not completely heartless, to answer the opening posting of this thread....
Vin is on Friday evening (twice! - two different times & locations)
John & Jon are on - as Sp & B - on Thurs (twice! - two different times & locations)
They also appear with Eliza on Sat (twice! - two different times & locations)

And Emma, the wonderful Cara are billed for Sat eve and twice on Sunday.

All this subject to error on my part and last min change by the fest - but that's certainly what my ol' eyes detect from the programme I bought last Wednesday.
I'll field any more 'requests' via email if you like.

Ye're right too - even if all the main listings were up on the website I'd still buy a programme cos there's always extra info in there and anyway it's a poor do if ye can't fork out just a meagre £2 to support such a great little festival. Every sale counts, honest!

HFA and EG at Alcester were great, as was the whole session outside the bar at the Greig Hall more there than in the concert that evening. Thats how good it was.

Got a big surprise planned for the leccie band concert
(late night extra thing - 11.15pm start and onward till
everyone's exhausted - no limit!) - hope it's worth 'seeing'
- and a laugh!
It's a CD launch gig too - new one for the leccie band.
So the timing is such that Eliza/Ratctachers and all other concerts
end on that Sat night in the various venues, and the drinking goes
on wi' us lot till the wee small hours in Korks.
