Looking forward to seeing everyone there. Mark oth lets me know tonijht whether I can borrow a double bass up there, otherwise I'll be getting the bubble wrap out to clad mine before my 5.30 am start in the morning.

Bumped into Mark Both (chief organiser and spruiker extraordinaire) in Cairns earlier today and he's looking forward to a great festival - though next year promises to be even better as we'll be celebrating twenty five years.

Look for Frank Stanbridge. He's not a catter because he doesn't have a computer, but he's one of our Morris dancers and he was involved in Yungaburra in the early days.

Any other Mc's going to Yungaburra seven days from now. It has a reputation as marvellous festival and definitely worth the 1,000 miles to travel there. The beautiful Gecko from Cairns will be there for a day I trust.

I'll be a Yungaburra virgin.
