Bit of a long shot here, but we desperately need more blokes to join our   vocal group "voices in the roar" which is based in Lismore northern NSW.
Like most choirs we can never seem to get enough men to join (cos blokes singing is considered a tad gay maybe? )
We average about 20 singers (SATB), we have a great pro director
and we sound fantastic.
Good voice and ear more important than technical ability.
Any ideas on where to advertise (internet sites especially and local to our area preferably)?
Any other ideas to get the closet singers to come out?
