Hullo,
Does anyone remember Dave Ward who used to sing round British clubs something like 25 - 30 years ago. He used to sing the Triffid song & I'd like to know if anyone knows where he is or if anyone has the lyrics to the Triffid song. I believe that Dave may have owned a record label at some time.

I did a recording music course given by Dave Ward at Gateway Studio in London in the 1980's. I seem to remember that Jennifer McNulty (married to the McNulty of Dave Peabody and Hugh McNulty fame) was the receptionist. So Dave Peabody might be the way to go on your quest.

At the time Dave had a gig dressed up as a village yokel - I remember he did a shit gig one of the days while he was teaching the course, and he came in depressed from it.
