Subject: Folklore: children's hand clap - From: GUEST,Perri Bohrman Date: 04 Nov 05 - 02:34 PM I am trying to find the words to a hand clap I knew as a child. The name is the old bow-legged chinese. A couple of verses I remember are: My mother told me to open the door but it fell in the floor My mother told me to get him a drink but he swallowed the sink I am working on a presentation of childlore and would really like to present this chant. |
