Subject: Unsung Heroes at Bodmin From: Cats Date: 05 Nov 05 - 03:56 AM Just to let anyone who is in the vicinity of Devon and Cornwall, that Cornwall Songwriters will be performing 'Unsung Heroes', the Mudcat Award Winning show, on 11th November at Bodmin Folk Club. A really poignant night to be performing it, as it tells the story of the gardeners from the Lost Gardens of Heligan, who went off the WW1 and didn't come back, causing the gardens to become lost. It is a very small venue so it would be wise to contact the club and book if possible. |
