That's as clear a clinical diagnosis of Jim as one could hope for

1.rapid deterioration fo normal development ... check
2.loss of motor skills & co-ordination ... check (esp after Guinness)
3.deceleration of head growth ... check (he's almost a dwarf)
4. poor language & cognative skills ... check (can't understand a word he's says most of the time)
5. Sterotypical movements such a habd wringing .. check (ever seen him get his wallet out)

Normal development during the first few months of life, followed by a rapid deterioration in development
Loss of motor skills and coordination
Deceleration of head growth
Poor language and cognitive skills
Stereotypical movements such as hand-wringing
