Subject: RE: BS: A lesson for drummers/bodhran players From: GUEST,.gargoyle Date: 15 Nov 05 - 10:30 PM Praise Heavens...you located this thread in B.S. (although, in many ways it is more representative of folk music than 40% "above the line."
Where the freaking-hallway-to-the-urinal-in-hell is the Bodhranconnection?
I am on a "junky-fix" gingle-gangle-morning, seeking Bodhran info.
And you serve me "this Sh-t" for breakfast?
Sincerely, |

Subject: RE: BS: A lesson for drummers/bodhran players From: Wilfried Schaum Date: 16 Nov 05 - 12:47 PM Are you kidding? To throw drummers into the same pot with bodhran players is ... noo ... I won't say the bad words ... I expected some negligently clad girls with hammering their bodhrans, and what did I get? A friendly Japanese with a keyboard. But you are right to show us where we wee little drummers shall end when they will abolish the march bands ... sniff. But the guitarist was really good. |

Subject: RE: BS: A lesson for drummers/bodhran players From: The Fooles Troupe Date: 16 Nov 05 - 10:33 PM The second one just locks at "12% loaded" - several atempts. The first tells me a '404', but if I then take the then shown url (which is different from the link above) and plug that into my background file downloader, a file transfer starts - 3368Kb. |
