I'm looking for the lyrics to a song by the old music hall performer called W. H Berry. It featured in a show called Princess Charming in the 1920's and was written by the prolific songwriting team of Weston and Lee. They also wrote for many other performers such as the late, great Stanley Holloway.

I think the song you want is actually NOT OLD ENOUGH TO BE OLD.
