Looking for the western song "Trails" by Estelle Philleo. It is based on the poem, "Time-Worn Trails," which I would like to find as well.
Sheet music by Estelle Philleo published in 1920 by M. St. Vrain Sanford, New York. A reprint of the sheet music by Foster Music, Chicago, may also exist.
