At the conclusion of Ten Years After's "I'd Love to Change the World" I can hear a few spoken words.

For decades I have tried to determine what is being said. The spoken words are not sung and seem to be added as an afterthought to the lyrics that have finished.

Can anyone help solve this decades-old mystery?
