Subject: Lyr Req: I wish I were a little Fly ... From: GUEST,Mike Blamire (mblamire@reach.net) Date: 06 Feb 06 - 04:54 PM I would like more information on the following children's rhyme (author, dates, etc.). This is one of those rhymes you would say to very young children. You tickle their tummies during the last line, and it usually elicites lots of laughter and giggles, along with "do it again". I wish I were a little fly With hair upon my tummy. I'd jump into a honey pot And make my tummy gummy. Regards, Mike |
