After Brendan Behan died a film/documentery was made, called I believe "A Hungry Feeling" most of this was shot in one of his local watering holes "McDaids" in Dublin.

I have tried and tried to get a copy of this but all in vain.Does any one out there know were I could purchase this?

A couple of minutes googling threw up plenty of links giving the distributors as First Run Pictures.

Googling that gives you their web site and contacts etc, although no mention of the film there but it's a good staring point of contact.

Correct that to First Run Features

McDaids literary clientele was always good for 'staring' at (so long as you did it unobtrusively).

I've often thought that every pub the length of Islington's Upper Street should have a Blue Plaque to mark brother Dominic's loyal patronage.
