When you see them coming - don't blink! Those guys move so fast, it's just incredible.
p.s. I was once in Paris - on the Rue de Rivolli - for the final day of the Tour - purely by chance. It was quite a spectacle.

Er... I don't remember being asked for directions for the Tour de France..... it's my sort of navigation that would have them rounding Marble Arch instead of L'arc d'Triumph.... but honestly... I don't remember telling anyone to turn right at Calais....

And are they cycling through the chunnel?

"And are they cycling through the chunnel" I doubt it . That would require moving in a straight line. There're more drugs being pedaled on the Tour De France, than the whole of the Parisien suburbs put together.Anyway, they'll get stopped at customs!

Merde alors

*visualizing bikes with water-wings and paddles* Next, they'll be going to Quebec.

I read a book about The TDF. Quite fascinating the amount of double-dealing, bitchiness and treachery in the early days.

So,as usual, I have got to get out of Paris when this whole thing starts. Now I can't go home to London, and we were thinking of going to Canada this year,No joke!I,m beginning to think I'm being followed. They've already been in Belgium, didn't know it was in France, but who am I to put another spoke in the wheels!
