The RCS page above shows first release 1950 - the song appears on a CD (part of a set of CDs, one for each year) which I can't find at the moment, which alleges that the songs thereon are hits of that year - it is intended a a gift product. There is also a set of similar DVDs that also include some relevant video of current events as well as the songs.
