The earthworm is only a friend to gardeners and farmers. Earthworms are not native to the new world. When dumped into woods and forests, they destroy all the understory plants in short order.

Fisherman, don't dump your extra earthworms in the parks. Take them back home and put them in your gardens.

Who knows the lyrics to this song about a balanced man depending on his diet and a balanced diet depending on the soil? It is short and ends with the earthworm being a friend to us all. I have googled and searched DigiTrad to no avail.    I'm teaching a class at 4 p.m. today in which this ditty will come in right handy. Anyone know this one? Much thanks in advance. Tina
