Yazzir, "13 Shades of Blues" by "Sidewalk Bob" (me) will be released on 3-14-06 and will be available thru CD Baby fir a mere sum of $13 plus S&H...

This is an all acoustic solo CD with a mix of standard country blues with a couple Bobert originals and even a couple surprises that one wouldn't expect...

Now there's nuthin' that I'd like more than to send a complimentary CD to every Mudcatter but I'm going to have to restrict it down to those who have sent me CD's 'er the comptroller (the P-Vine) will kick my poor ol' boney hillbilly behind...

Check it out on Mar. 14th, Mouse, on CD baby... MIght of fact, you can hear samples of every song on the CD.... Almost as good as buying it....

It works out the same, Kat... CD Baby get $3 for every CD plus S & H and I get $12 (which include S & H) if you buy direct...Either way, I clear about $7 per CD to go toward the $800 I paid for the first 200... Giev the number that I am comp'ing the whole idea is to about break even so the P-Vine won't get upset if I eant to do the second one, for which I have allready done the recording...

From the samples on the CDBABY site, the recording quality and mixing is purty darn good. I love Dylan's "She Belongs to Me"! The recordings may not be for the feint of heart, but they are Great Solid Blues. Hell they even seem to be a little restrained from what I have seen you play live when the Mojo gets working.

When I hear the tunes the first thing it does is makes me want to play! Dag Nab It! When we getting together again?

Should we order through CDBABY to help you get "Props" with them?

Ahhhhh, put May 13th on yer calendar 'cause yer going to the the entire bass section of the Pedestrians at the Festival of Spring in downtown Luray... They gonna have the street closed and the stage will be set up right in the middle of Rt. 211...

Also, if yer not doing anything on July 4th, I'm booked to play the annual July 4th festival...

And lastly, August 14th at the Luary Caverns Summer Festival I'll be playing with by buddy, N.J. Warren, who you have met at Archie Edwards Barber Shop... He's the stocky older black guy wid the sunglasses...
