Frank Ifield did it as a joint A-side as a follow up to his hit "I Remember You" sometime around 1961/2.

Hi, Jo - for something like that, try BMI or ASCAP. The folk-country stuff is more likely to be on BMI - but this one is on ASCAP, which says the writers were Tom Emerson, Paul Roberts, and Esther Van Sciver. Patsy Montana was one of those who recorded it.

Rather an embarrasing request...I'm designing a CD cover for a client and said I'd find the writer/copyright info for this song. Tried COWPIE and can't get through, have they been closed too?!
