In then late seventies,I used to go in a pub in Huddersfield, and occasionally they booked a band called Empty Room.It consisted of a large variety of unkempt looking people, who made a ferocious din with biscuit tins full of dried peas, and other improvisations.I dont recall them achieving any semblance of fame(funnily enough!),but often wonder if any one else remembers them.
Are any of the band members still around?What happened to the dried peas?
