Subject: RE: Chord Req: Jim Malcolm From: Dave Ruch Date: 20 Mar 06 - 07:39 PM I'm fairly sure he uses the DADGAD tuning on the guitar, as opposed to standard tuning (EADGBE), and he freely capoes in order to play in different keys. That would be a place to start. |
Subject: Chord Req: Jim Malcolm From: GUEST,Gillies Robertson Date: 20 Mar 06 - 06:38 PM Hey I'm looking for chords to a couple of Jim Malcolm's songs. Jimmy's gone tae flanders from "resonance", Fields of Angus from "Home" & Lochs o the Tay from the album "Sconeward". I know this is probably a lot to ask but any direction in how Jim plays these tunes would be great. Cheers |
