Can anyone tell me of any website where I can download the written score for commonly known and basic country dance tunes such as Petronella, Soldiers Joy, Rosin the Bow, Atholl Highlanders etc etc
Would really appeciate help. Thanks.

I have found that if one goes to a good search engine such as dogpile (less ads!) & type in, for example, "Soldiers Joy gif" one is usually led to several sites which offer tunes written in notation.

JC's tunefinder should have what you are looking for. Tunes in different formats.Gifs, abc, midi.
