Hi - we have the song and the tune in our database, which you can find by searching for [flowers gone] in the search box on this page - or you can be lazy and click here. You can click on the link at the end of the lyrics and play the tune.
If you do a forum search for flowers, you'll find we were talking about the song just last month - Click here. Hope that helps.

Joe!!! Where's the red letters? Where's the snide comments? I guess you've recovered and gone back to being the polite, nice guy we all know and love. What a bummer..........

Aw, Catspaw, I don't like being snide. It's not part of my philosophy of life. Every once in a while, though, I guess I slip.
I was pretty proud of myself on this one, though - I responded in four minutes, and came up with two links. Know anybody else who can type

I clicked on your "click here" link and got an error:

Error Occurred While Processing Request

Error Diagnostic Information

An error occurred while evaluating the expression:

thename=Mid(it,start+4, end-start-4)

Error near line 19, column 7.

Parameter 3 of function Mid which is now "-4" must be a non-negative integer

The error occurred while processing an element with a general identifier of (CFSET), occupying document position (19:1) to (19:44) in the template file D:\!WEBSERVER\MUDCAT\HTDOCS\!!-SONG99.CFM.

Same result in both MSIE and Safari. Maybe you did code the link in your sleep? Someone will no doubt tell me it's because I used a Mac. I've been enjoying watching the various worms reduce the Internet (and my workplace) to shambles this week and last. That's what you get for using a PC?

The first "click me" is the culprit. It was done in 1999, and is dependent on the older Mudcat. The second link still works.

The current method of doing DT links is /@displaysong.cfm?SongID=7811
