Hello all.

Bit of a long shot. Am trying to track down a musician from whom I purchased a CD about five years ago on the streets of Exeter. He played a traditional stringed instrument.

I now only have the CD, by "Mr Smythe" called "Make Do & Mend". It is purely instrumental.

The CD states it was produced by Slappedtogether Productions Ltd.

If this rings a bell with anyone, can you email me at alastair.christie@gmail.com

Many thanks, Alastair.

I bought this from him back in 2003 on the streets of canterbury. Been wondering the same thing all these years later.

I bought the Make do and Mend CD off of him in Exeter in the early 2000s. He was playing an electric mandolin and I thought it was pretty cool. I have it on iTunes now. Haven't heard anything about him since then. Looks like he just disappeared.
