Anyone ever heard of this song which I think is Canadian. All about a doomed voyage setting off on Xmas day and how the ice squeezes the boat and shaves its planks away. I used to sing it about 10yrs ago ,and revisiting it there are some words I want to revise because at the time I made some up because I couldnt make out the originals

It'd also help to know if & what on a chorus & if you're singing about a whaler, sealer or an other type of vessel.
