Old Songs Festival 2006, help needed

CAMSCO Music, as many of you might know, will have a booth at the Old Songs Festival (June 23,24 and 25) in Altamont, New York. We could use help in
      a)Unloading our van and setting up the tents and booth (Friday, June 23 at about 2:00 PM
      b)Taking down the tents and booth and loading the van (Sunday, June 25 at about 7:30 PM

Setting up and tearing down should take less than an hour each.

      c) Helping man (person?) the booth for a few hours during the festival so that Susan or I can get to hear the occasional workshop.

It doesn't have to be the same person for all three, but if one person is willing to do it all, we can provide free admission to the festival and (if we can arrange it soon enough) free camping, as well as a modest stipend.

I already have admission and camping, but can probably be of some help with the unloading and setup, unless they unveil a Friday afternoon class that's of more interest to me than the ones they've listed so far. No pay needed unless it's a leetle credit memo. Sunday night I'll be long gone, tho.

Dick, I'll be happy to help set-up and man the booth for a bit, and I have 2 granddaughters who love to do that sort of thing (if they haven't lined up jobs already).

Yeah, me, too. I don't know if we'll be around Sunday evening, unless, do they still allow campers to stick around till Monday? I've always been tempted to do that. But can't promise, at least not for now.

We would love to help but it's a long way from Cornwall. We were told by Barbara yesterday what an excellent Festival it is, and look forward to the day we retire so we can cross the pond and share some very old songs with you.

Thanx all. The serious needs are for set up and break down of the booth. We get mighty worn out doing it all ourselves. It sounds like a few of you will be around early enough to help the setup. Is anyone going to be able to help with the breakdown when the festival closes Sunday nite?

If someone wants to be the "official" helper who sets up, breaks down, and works a few hours a day for a free ticket, we need to arrange the ticket soon, so let us know. Eric??
