Subject: RE: Winchester (UK) this weekend From: GUEST,Enfield Peter Date: 10 May 06 - 12:29 PM Wish I could be there. From London itd difficult because there is engineering work. It takes about three hours each way. Rather too much for a day. |
Subject: RE: Winchester (UK) this weekend From: GUEST,Tom Bliss Date: 15 May 06 - 01:20 PM Well - did anyone go, in spite of the lack of camping? I thought it was an excellent show all round. Lots of dance sides, the ceilidh was jumping and the atmosphere in the High Street was great. (And I'm told the session on the Eclipse came up to scratch too). Congrats to the organisers and long May it flourish. |
Subject: RE: Winchester (UK) this weekend From: GUEST,tony geen Date: 16 May 06 - 07:36 AM Well, we dropped in on Saturday daytime because we happened to be in the area. I thought it was a great day. The Eclipse session was definitely A-level Irish, but we just about hung in there. |
