Chord Req: John Williamson Songs

I know I've asked a lot here, but I'd REALLY appreciate any help anyone can give me with the chords to the ANY (preferably ALL) of the following John Williamson songs.

As many are aware I have Acquired Brain Injury Syndrome and simply telling me which key the song is played in doesn't work any more as I can't remember chord progressions or even "hear" the correct chord to insert in a given place.

So, if you can give me just ONE verse and a CHORUS with the correct chords inserted in the correct places I would be terribly grateful.
