Won't say it's my favorite of Willie's, but he does a good job on it on Country Willie, His Own Songs, copyright 1999 Buddha Records, and on Willie Nelson All Time Greatest Hits Vol. 1, copyright 1988 BMG Music. Good albums, both of them. Country Willie is for sale at Amazon, but I couldn't find Vol. 1 there. (Not to say it couldn't be, I just couldn't find it with a quick search.)

You could call that first one a Joan Baez song; she was the first person I heard sing it. Willie Nelson wrote it; it was the first thing that brought Willie to my attention, and it still might be my favorite of his songs.

It's way too complex/flowery to go in Mudcta MIDIs (or for the orgnist who will try to play this), and the way it's sequenced, I can't figure out a good piano reduction from it, to submit-- too bad, since we do have this in the DT without a tune.

One person is sending me a scan of some sheet music, but I dunno when it may arrive; so if anyone can still help, with a keyboard arrangement especially, it would be very much appreciated.

Wish I wasn't sick-- I'd go sing it for them with my autoharp, but no voice hereabouts!
