Does anybody remember the novelty songs that the entire cast of Oh Boy! used to sing.

The tunes are fixed in my memory. I think they were hits at the time.

One was something like Birdie in the treetops, and there was bird with a long name in the last line of the chorus.

And the other one was something to do with Ivy, I think, last line of Chorus ...and you will be mine evermore ... I think.

I could do with some mental floss, and clean out the dim recesses of my mind, where these things lurk

WW-ONE song 1918

"Oh Boy, Oh Joy, Where Do We Go From Here?"

Paddy Mack, drove a hack up and down Broadway,
Every time his whip would crack, this is what he'd say.

??????

Sincerely,
Gargoyle

sorry never heard of the group "oh Boy" were they from West Hollywood, SoHo, Picadilly?

Kid go back to BlueToothSaloon on the LimeWire download. You are looking for all the wrong things in all the wrong places.
