Yes, it's a lovely little ditty. A fellow named Paul Court frequently performs it live at the Orillia Song Circle, and he does it very nicely too. ;-)

That is SO bookmarked. I have adored that song since seeing "The Meaning of Life" in college, and that animation is great. Yay! Thanks Elmer!

That song (and, of course, "Every Sperm Is Sacred" ;)) have got me through some hard times. *grin* (There's just something about that cute little girl with her missing front teeth singing, "Let the heathens spill theirs on the dusty ground..." *LOL*)

It's in the DT under the title GLOBAL VIEW but it seems the proper title is THE GALAXY SONG.

In addition, there are about 20 copies of the lyrics posted in various threads. To see them, search with a distinctive phrase such as "planet that's evolving".

And I wonder how many more copies are posted in threads that aren't indexed?
