For all folkies in South Yorkshire and nearby regions,you may be interested to know that that wonderful performer Robin Laing is appearing at Kiveton park F.C. next Tuesday 20th June.He is well known as a brilliant singer-songwriter as well as a fine interpreter of traditional music. All welcome. Free grub in the break, cheap bar, nice friendly crowd and a brill artiste. Cant be bad! Get along there and have a basin-full. Bugger the world cup!

Would love to Andy but Tuesdays I have places to go that I'm somewhat obligated to.

Everyone who can should turn up to this. I went to one of his whisky based performaces during the Edinburgh Festival a few years ago and it was wonderful.   The two albums of whisky songs are a real treat.

Fantastic performer and a nice club also. Get along to see and hear Robin Laing it'll be well worth it. By the way,what's this world cup thing that Andy mentioned? Have I missed summat? Bet Robin Laing's better anyway!
