You might get more if you do it mid week in a back room pub in Lincoln.

Sorry, Merikans..that's the original Lincoln Lincolnshire UK, not Nebraska, Kansas etc.(But if you cover the air fare, I'll buy the beer)

Amazingly there isn't a regular session at all in or close to the city so a couple of folks are trying to get one going. Venue should not be a problem (likely village pub in Branston2 miles from centre) but so far we have only a guitarist/singer and 3 whistle players. Not exactly the balance we need!
What we're looking for is a handful of folks who could commit to one Sunday a fortnight, say..for a limited period just to get the thing off the ground. We need to attain critical mass, then hopefully other locals from the folk scene around the county - of which there are many - would come and join in as and when.
