In my opinion, if folks want to answer the remaining Name That Mudcatter questions, and/or make corrections to this guide, and/or post new questions, it would be easier to do that on a new thread.

Therefore, I'm requesting that this thread be closed and that any additional Name That Mudcatter questions/responses be posted on the Name That Mudcatter Thread II that I will start.
