I had a little beer and stuff and was goin' to see this blond only I acidenly like fell against this guy and sort of acidntly hit him in the flippin' eye with my fist! I swear it was a flippin' accident!

Anyway, he was a flippin' COP! And he put me in flippin' JAIL! I missed my flippin' flight back to Canada!

I'm here in Amsterflippindam. I just got out of gail. My ticket home ain't any good. I only got about ten dollars. And everybody here speaks dutch or french or some other foriegn flippin' language!

We generally don't see any flowers at all until the middle of July, usually July 17, between 3:35 and 3:37 p.m.

Then they're Johnny-Jump-Ups. Pop! and they're up; SLURP! and they're gone and it's winter agains.

Any flowers that came up here are regretting it about now.
We don't normally see any until middle March. Daffodils and tulips come up first and they can handle a bit of cold. We may get another round of frezzing stuff starting tomorrow. Oh, well, I'll stop at the store tonight and stock up on provisions.

Glad to hear you escaped the worse effects of the weather. Over here it's quite calm really. We had a bit of snow the week before last and the whole country ground to a halt. The daffodils are pushing through and spring is showing signs of its arrival. This probaly means there'll be snow and gales next week. Still, makes a change from the rain.

We had a terrific ice storm in this area over the weekend. Lots of people are still without power. I drove past several downed lines on my way to work this morning (I drive about 20 miles or 33 kilometers). Many tree limbs on the ground as well. One entire tree toppled onto a house I drive by, can't tell how much damage was done. My town got off easy, power out for about three hours Saturday night. The ice was almost half an inch (1.25 centimeters) thick Saturday evening. It was really pretty on the tree branches. It warmed up a bit over night and the ice had melted off the branches by Sunday morning.

Of course Shane fights dirty. Shane also eats, sleeps, drinks, cooks, and in general lives dirty because the only time Shane has anything remotely like a bath or shower is if he falls into a running gutter or standing mud puddle or gets caught out in the rain (or both).

I'm not worried. Anyone in this picture could best Shane McBride with both arms tied behind them.

Seems things have finally quietened down on the Shane front. I think that the Amsterdam Shane is a mystery that will never be solved. Perhaps he was genuine, a Shane in a parallel universe that connected with ours for a brief period of time. They might be near the 85 billon mark already - if only Amsterdam Shane had looked at the number of posts he would have realised that in our dimension we still have a way to go. I wonder if KB was the first Poster of the Year on that thread? I wonder if I did in fact finally quit the 85 billion thread forever? Perhaps we'll never know. We must ask him should there ever be another temporal shift, if that's the right term. Sigh.

You look pretty buff in that picture Rapaire. If I was Shane I would think twice about coming out your way. Shane probably fights dirty though, so maybe it wouldn't be quite the mis-match it would at first appear.

In their hairstyles, lifestyles, and general attitudes, however, they are really a lot like Shane. Their relations with women, for example, are very reminiscent of Shane. Their day to day personal challenges and problems are similar to his too...
