if a thread has more than one post, then it becomes a fence and is no longer a thread. The title question "Will this thread ever have 2 posts?" is a trick question, because if a thread has more than one post, then it becomes a fence and is no longer a thread. Hence, this fence now has , with this post (that is; if no one posts while I type this!), 4 posts.

Therefore, Ernest has proven him self to be an asker of trick questions, or ,what we in the South refer to as a "person who asks trick questions".

Usually, such persons are not highly trusted around here and are often said to be seen in those seedy backroad dens of iniquity where they indulge in stage performances featuring mimes ; a distasteful sight, to be sure!

So, on with posting to this fenc, boys and girls, but be certain to keep and eye on Ernest...I have a feeling about him!

Yes, yes. Indeed. It is fence posts like this one that point out that it is times like this that remind us that times unlike this happen all the time, and if we would just take the time, we probably still miss a bunch of them.

Yes yes, Dave. In high school (so loooong ago!) I heard that smoking pot would lead to harder drugs like heroin or LSD, so I figured "Eliminate the Middle man", and I went straight to LSD and have not been straight since. I often jump from Tuesday to saturday to Monday. So I understand your view. Profound.
