Hi all , my computer was attacked by a many russian virus so beware
folks run the anti virus system at least once a week , I bought me
a Norton Antivirus and personal firewall, privacy control, antispam
and parental control and I had to format the computer and I lost
a lot of data so watch out folks this is BAD .

So from now on my computer will be scanned every three day .
I lost a lot of songs and lyrics, storys and many more info
about music , about fitness training and many more


News :
I am in summer holydays now so I might not be around
for avile, Iceland is now a defendles country after the us NAVY has left us and the econamy
is taking a dive so everything is gona cost alot more
for the next months..:>(((


we are in good health and the wheather is better sun is shinin
and I love the live as it is ...... and I love my family
my doughter is getting her driving licence ohohhhhmen   jesus maria
I wish her well ofcourse I am painting my house getting a roof
over the car-hanger ........spending alot of money and working alot.

Playing on Irish days in Iceland on the 7 of July with my
band .As I said I might not be around on MC till September

It seems to be part of human nature that no defensive action is taken against threats until after the first incident - I too have lost all my data from a virus attack...

Which also seems to ensure that most women will have at least one child....

Skarpidarlin'! Good to hear from you and I, too, am sorry about the virus attack. Have fun with your gigs, painting your house (we just finished ours, yippee!!), the roof and the daughter's driving, oh boy!

May Iceland's economy recover quickly. We don't have much left for the Getaway right now, either, but by Autumn, we hope to have enough saved up. I really want to see you and everyone else!!

Actually you "may" be able to recover some files by using a deleted file recovery program. And yes, they can even work post re-format.

thanks all , my son and I are trying to go through recovery
program and it seems that he´s getting alot of the pictures
back but no lyrics or songs .

So "pocket full of memories" we get back thats good now we
take some bacup and burn the pic to a cd .

P.s the recovery program we just finished late last night
and then the recovery was running through all the data
for 25,5 hours .......................

Skarpi, what about getting one of those external hard drives that you can back up your whole computer onto? Wouldn't like to lose you again (or have you lose your computer contents again). Welcome home and have a great summer!

sorry about the virus attack - and a good thing you now have parantel control on your computer - parents tend to try to take over computer usage so control over them is a good thing.

Sorry to hear about the virus attack. I had one a few years back and that is when I determined that I would not store data files solely on my computer. Consider getting some of the various flash memory units. I picked up a 5 gigabyte flash memory which plugs into the USB port. All files and important data go on it. I also back up all files every so often to a CD. I know how devastating this can be. And make sure that you get a good Spy Sweeper as well as Norton. I have both and they automatically update and run sweeps for me on a weekly basis.

I am hoping that you can make Getaway, my dear friend. It is a great gathering to begin with, and made all the better by your presence.
