I have a baldwin 45" upright piano on a custom-made dolly now to wheel around Capitol Hill washington dc playing outdoors in parks and for parties. The Capitol Hillbillies (Charlie Bean and a lot of Bailes') perform around it every sunday weather permitting 3-7 in front of riverby books 417 east capitol street - 4 blocks from the Capitol.
      we do primitive black and white gospel, folk blues, trad jazz, honky tonk, jug band, boogie-woogie, bluegrass (without a banjo), carter family, jimmie rodgers, woody guthrie, leadbelly, etc and sometimes irish, scottish, french canadian, and other dance tunes with fiddle and piano. other musicians are welcome.
