Evelyn Glennie ... she is not only an outstanding musician, but also an extraordiary human being ... "music is not only to be heard, but felt" ... "Everything vibrates, everything "speaks" we live in a universe of sound.

For those of you who are unaware of Evelyn Glennie she is a Scottish musician (percussionist), who performs worldwide with a variety of orchestras and other musicians. She also contributes her time to many many charities supporting the deaf, and young musicians.

She is also profoundly deaf – meaning that she has some very limited hearing – since age 12.

Evelyn Glennie is an inspiration to all.

Totally agree with you Number 6. Evelyn Glennie is a wonderfilled Musician and an amazing Motivator. I really admire this Woman and her Work.
