I am a librarian. Our patron is looking for a hymn(?) that may be called "A Promise Spoken." I'm not finding it, but I hope that somebody on the list might recognize it. Here are some of the lyrics:

A promise spoken is never broken,
For the Word is sure and it shall endure;
A promise given to man from heaven,
Through His own precious Blood;
Hallelujah, hallelujah.
