NEED HELP finding title on an old folk/love song!!

Below are the words to a song my grandmother (now deceased) sang to my mother long ago, probably back in the 1930's. I've tried all the web search engines, and several lyrics sites, and not been able to find it. I'd really appreciate any help you can offer...

(1) Can you suggest where I might be able to find the title to this old love/folk song?

(2) Can you tell me if this rhyming song fits some type of standard pattern/format in the way it's structured and where it rhymes?

In a cool shady nook, by the side of a brook,
Two maidens were fishing alone,
They talked as they fished, and the younger girl wished,
For a sweetheart she never had known.

The older girl said, with a toss of her head,
You have no cause to be blue.
Your love you've not met, but he'll come to you yet,
For there's somebody waiting for you.

CHORUS: Somewhere, there's somebody waiting for you, you, you.
Somewhere, somebody's waiting whose heart is true.
Someday, you'll meet somebody who loves you true.
Somewhere, there's somebody waiting for you, you, you.

===================

THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR HELP!!

Always heard it as "Somewhere, somebody's Waiting." It's on a Fred Holstein album (op).

Look in the thread 'HELP FIND LONG LOST SONG TITLE'. Why isn't one thread enough?

as mentioned by Bruce O in another thread - this can be found out at the levy sheet music site, box 149 item 111 This is said about the piece

Title: Somebody's Waiting For You. Waltz Song.

Composer, lyricist, arranger: Words by Vincent Bryan. Music by Al. Gumble. Publication: New York: Jerome H. Remick & Co., 1906.

I don't know if there is a "form" for the rhyme scheme, but it's aabccb
