Hello, lovely people!

We are doing an outreach project in October with local schools, run by the Demon Barber Roadshow. The participants will perform onstage on the Saturday of Loughborough Folk Festival as part of the Road Show. It's going to be cracking. Unfortunately, the Folkworks clog bank has apparently been severely depleted due to non return and such, and we need to lay our hands on about 30 pairs in total.

If you know anyone with clogs to lend or donate, or anyone who has hoarded a few pairs of kids' clogs who could lend them to us for the week, would you be kind enough to get in touch?

Thanking you.

English stepdance clogs, or at a push, Northwest clogs with rubbers on will be okay too.

I'm not at Whitby as I'm away, but I know a number of people who are going. If the festival office were willing to hang on to them, I could certainly have them collected at the end of the week. But the festival office may feel rather busy with its own business...anyone know who I'd speak to?

Otherwise, if people do have clogs they're willing to lend, I'm sure I could arrange to have them fetched.
