For those of you in the UK who havent and still want to see the Mudcat award winning show...... written by The Cornwall Songwriters - 'Unsung Heroes - The Lost Gardeners Of Heligan',
you have now only got 2 chances.......

Wednesday 23rd August at The Plough Arts Centre, Great Torrington Devon at 8 p.m.
and.....

The very last show - never to be repeated by us......
At The Lost gardens Of Heligan on Sunday 27th August at 7.00 p.m.
A very special performance, Full I am sure with emotion and magic!

It's going to be a seriously emotional show at Heligan with loads of folies coming from all over to see it... Wales, Somerset, Dorset... Last week at Dartmoor one person came all the way from Cork to see it!

Well if you didn't make Torrington you missed a great show, the Heligan ghosts turned out in force and nearly scarred KB to death.

Apparantley the people at heligan are amazed at the response they have had!! They have never had people booking so far in advance for any show they have put on there and never from so far afield. I understand there are still a very few tickets left if anyone still hasn't got theirs...

What an amazing night!!! From the pre show picnic on Flora's Green, seeing so many people there who had travelled from all parts of the country to be in Heligan for the last show, the families of the gardeners we were singing about, the superb singing, the atmosphere, the appearances of 'The Gardeners', the after show cake and then the very special final walk around Heligan in the pitch black to sing the songs for the very last time in the parts of the garden where they were written and to say our farewells to the Gardens and Gardeners. If you didn't catch the show in the last 2 years, you really don't know what you missed. Thanks to everyone who has supported us in the run.

Hear, Hear, Wow! What a night! Every performance over the last 2 years has been special in some way, but the last night was wonderful, thank you to all who came and made it a most memorable occasion, thanks for the cake Cats and Thanks to all the Heligan Staff who were so helpful and supportive, especially Candy, who led us on a torchlit stroll around the garden, where I feel we really put the show to 'bed' The 'Rememberance' Neck of corn will, I believe, be placed in a prominent position somewhere around the gardens. I thought I would feel sad saying goodbye to the show but I feel a calm finality of a job well done - and I am more, I think, talking about laying the ghosts to rest, than the songwriters skills!
Well it must be time to put on our thinking caps! Whatever next? Hmmmmmm.................................
