"I am drawn to moving water, solid wood and aging wine, open faces, singing voices, honest hands and vital signs..." paraphrase.. I think a local N.W. songwriter wrote this song circa 1980 Who wrote it and does anyone have the Lyrics? Please?!

It was written by Dave Mallett, the title track of one of his Flying Fish albums. You should be able to find the lyrics with a Net search. If not, I'll type them out for you later.

Chad Mitchell did a cover of "Vital Signs" on his Virgo Moon album. Don't think I've ever heard the original.
