It's one of John's own compositions, and is included in his wonderful Songbook "What Do You Do In The Day?", published 2000, and as far as I know still available from John at the address on the book - Quarry House Publishing, Tolhurst, Wadhurst, East Sussex TN5 7LJ.
It's a devilishly wordy song, but enormous fun - good luck with it!

Yes, I forgot to mention that of course DMcG - but it makes for a laborious job of transcription, especially if "the bloomin' computer's down" !!!
